To qualify for the Integrated Workplace Award, we conduct a comprehensive audit that assesses various aspects of the organization, by:

Reviewing policies and procedures
Assessing the organization’s structure and support system
Conducting employee surveys and feedback
Scoring employee experience and culture

The audit is scored to provide a 7 Degree Index, which measures the company’s current standing. If a qualifying index score is achieved, the annual WorkLife Fit Recognition award is granted, a testament to commitment to a meaningful employee experience.
